CAREER CHANGE CROSSROADS

And to add to the mix, he was pondering the possibilities across different countries.

Reflecting on my own journey of reinventing my career three times over the last two decades, I shared some advice with him.
I emphasized the importance of experimenting – of stepping out of your head, putting thoughts into action, and actually doing something with that restlessness you're feeling.

If you're dreaming of living in a new city or a country you've never been to, why not start by visiting the place and immersing yourself there for a while?
Here's a lesson I've learned from my career-changing story: instead of seeking validation, especially from family, focus more on experimenting.

The answers you seek are within you. There's no definitive right or wrong path, and you'll never be 100% prepared for every challenge that comes your way.
Your family and loved ones will always be there by your side, and every experience that unfolds will only contribute to your learning and growth.
