Thank God it's Friday!
I have a confession to make.
It’s the first time in my life that I’m happy to wake up early in the morning to work.
It’s really good to feel free and able to express my creativity through my work.
Gratitude is the word.
You may not feel the same right now, but trust me, it took me decades to find a job I love.
Well, actually I had to design the job myself, it didn’t exist!
So instead of trying to fit my lifestyle into a job, I tried the other way around - designing a job that fits my lifestyle.
It was not fast, easy, and crystal clear at first.
But I worked a lot on my mindset to find career clarity.
Which means that I quit indecision.
And yesterday, I had the chance to remember why I do what I do.
Why I left a corporate career to start a career coaching practice.
It happened because I wanted to feel happy.
Yes, that’s it.
I wanted to do more of the things that make me happy.
I wanted to create time and space for enjoyment.
Because when I’m in this place of feeling happy with my life I do amazing things.
So, do you remember why do you do what you do?
Or maybe it is why you still haven’t found what you’re looking for.
