Breathing, standing on a power pose, and doing EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping) before a job interview will eliminate all your stress and anxiety.
In this video you’ll learn:

Take two fingers (index and middle fingers) and start tapping 9 specific points and saying a script.
Let’s assume that you fear failing, my script for that would be “even though I'm afraid of failing, I deeply and completely love and accept myself”.
Repeat this script out loud while tapping those 9 specific points from 5-7 times each, starting on the karate chop and following through the other points.
You can repeat the process as many times as you would like.
1° point - karate chop on the outer side of your hand
2° point - eyebrow
3° point - side of the eye
4° point - under the eye
5° point - under the nose
6° point - chin
7° point - collar bone
8° point - under the arm
9° point - top of the head
